Fixes and changes after the first day

During the day i gathered information about the things that needed to change.
These are some of the things i have changed.

- HpMp Steal potions will drop from easy bosses
- HpMp Steal potions can be exchanged for Daily Quest Ball and Timepoints
- Platinum Blessed Iris Timepoint price lowered
- Knight levelup items fixed
- Frozen Tundra bosses HP lowered
- Daily Newbie Kit Haste 2 Lv2 amount increased 12 to 24
- Daily Newbie Kit added Bufflock 1 hour (untradable)
- "Element Skills" item requirement removed
- Owl Forces affinity mobs stats set back to normal

Some ppl yesterday got problems with points of affinities. It didnt count after this patch
