Changes and Fixes - Christmas Event

• Runspeed of Drake and Pony are increased to match the runspeed of the player
• Wing boxes will always open with seals on them
• Npc shop window now has 25 slots to sell items instead of 10
• King of the Hill event will give Participation Points
• The pet experience potion does not get overwritten by a lower one
• Error report in the Inventory Search is fixed
• MP Steal percentage increased
• Faction items removed from the shops as the Faction system is not enabled (yet)
• Karabakh Prison Team seals text back to how they were
• Useless event notices icons removed
• Affinity rewards working again
• Guild Lock fixed for those it was not working for
• Shop sell window opening by itself fixed
