The next weapon after the 185 Masterpiece weapon is the 190 weapon.
To create this weapon we will need the following NPCs

You can not directly create the 3 star weapon, so you have to create them in order.
To create the Epic Weapon you need a decomposed weapon
To create the Epic Weapon you need a decomposed weapon.
To create the Epic weapon you will need a decomposed 185 Masterpiece weapon. (edited)
What is decomposing?
With this process you will turn your weapon into a material for the next weapon.
When you place your weapon in the NPC and click Confirm, the weapon will be gone.
The jewels you had on the weapon will be returned to your character.
Make sure you have enough space in your inventory!
The item you get in return is only a crafting material and can not be used as a weapon.
Be sure to only decompose your main weapon when you have all the other materials ready to create
the next weapon.
For each weapon you will also need the blueprints.
Those items can be dropped in Juno.
You will also need :
25 Bronze tokens for theEpic weapon
25 Silver tokens for theEpic weapon
25 Gold tokens for the Epic weapon.
Bronze tokens will also drop in Juno.
You can create a Silver token from 10 Bronze tokens and a Gold token from 10 Silver tokens.
This can be done from the 190 Weapon Crafter NPC
All over Juno you will find 3 different Seals.
Earth seal, Wind seal and Sky seal.
When you kill one of the Seals, a totem will appear that needs to be killed.
When this totem is killed, another one appears.
After this totem, another one appears.
When the 3rd totem is killed, the Boss will appear.
This is the boss that will drop the Blueprints.
After the boss is killed, it will spawn 20 mini goblins.
These goblins will drop the Bronze Tokens.
The Wind Seal is the only exception, this seal does not have 3 totems but only 1.
The Wind Boss is the boss that drops the Blueprints for the 1 star weapon.
Leveling from 185 to 190 is again made easy.
Next to the Item Decomposer NPC there is a NPC that gives 3 quests.
Complete it with PBI and you will be level 190.
